BENTON HARBOR — There was a sense of deja vu at this week’s Benton Harbor Planning Commission meeting as commissioners approved to recommend a special use permit so Justice Grown of Michigan can open a medical marijuana dispensary in the city.

Prior to Wednesday’s meeting, the dispensary was already approved in April 2019 and again renewed in April 2020, said Belicia Bea Hicks, CEO of the company.
